Exceptional opportunity to develop within an experienced brigade
We are seeking a Commis Chef who is looking for the opportunity to learn as part of a busy Kitchen brigade. You will join a team of experienced Chefs to develop your culinary skills and knowledge of food and its preparation.
You should have experience of and enjoy preparing and cooking a wide variety of fresh foods and it is essential that you share in our passion for creating exceptional meals.
At Merton College we have a friendly kitchen who cook for our College Fellows, guests, students & staff. The food we produce includes formal and informal meals in both the Hall and Senior Common Room. We also cater for special events within the College and conferences through the summer vacation period.
